Guy Bourdin

by Gillian 18. May 2009 11:39

On Friday evening. In London. It rained.

It was that hideous fine rain that gets you really wet really quickly. But despite this, I and a friend made our way through the rapidly growing puddles in what was part of the East London docks to the Wapping Project, to revive our souls through the work of Guy Bourdin. Pre digital & retouching the 32 unseen photographs (exhibited brilliantly) made us forget that we were sopping wet and dripping onto the AstroTurf floor. It was, to put it simply, marvellous.

The exhibition is FREE and on till 4th June 09
